Digital MarketHub is designed as an e-commerce platform to facilitate the interactions between buyers and sellers. It caters to a diverse set of users, including customers, merchants, and administrative roles, each with distinct functionalities that were introduced across various development sprints.
The primary business requirement was to develop a comprehensive e-commerce solution that enhances the shopping experience for customers while streamlining the sales process for merchants. Requirements were identified through a series of stakeholder interviews and market analysis, with an emphasis on user experience, security, and operational efficiency.
I collaborated with and spearheaded the business analysis team to adopt an iterative development approach, prioritizing user engagement features such as registration, profile management, and product interaction capabilities. We employed agile practices to remain adaptable to evolving requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-value features in a timely manner.
The agile sprint framework guided the implementation, focusing on incremental feature delivery for various user roles. We navigated challenges such as implementing robust security measures, including two-factor authentication, integrating mobile payment options, and ensuring an intuitive user interface.
The CMA featured:
A control tower providing 360-degree visibility into cash inventories.
Order and fulfillment modules to manage cash supply and delivery logistics.
Advanced forecasting and demand planning tools that leveraged historical data to predict cash needs accurately.
Reporting and analytics that offered real-time insights into cash positions, currency breakdowns, and predicted cash shortages.
Workflow approval mechanisms to streamline requests and evacuations of cash across branches.
The project underscored the importance of iterative development and user-centric feedback. Future recommendations include enhancing analytics for predictive insights and expanding payment and logistics options to elevate user satisfaction.
The development of Digital MarketHub serves as a testament to the effectiveness of strategic business analysis in creating an adaptable and user-friendly e-commerce platform. The project's ability to evolve with market demands positions it well for future growth and innovation.
